How does the service work?
Leave your bins at the curb on your scheduled trash day. After your hauler empties them, we clean and sanitize them and set them back where they were.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bins are at the curb and we can get to them, we'll take care of it.
How often should I get my bins cleaned?
Most homeowners go monthly, especially through North Texas summers when heat makes odors worse. Quarterly works well if your bins stay in the garage or shade.
What if I forget to leave my bins out?
We'll do our best to reach you. If we can't get to your bins on your scheduled day, we'll work with you to get you back on the schedule.
What if the weather is bad on my day?
Light rain usually isn't a problem. If it's not safe to work, we'll let you know and get you on the next available day.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Plano, Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Allen, Little Elm, and Aubrey. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
